Simply clip out the black upright you get two heights. From the ground to centre of the cradles (where the soft carpet patch is):

Low setting - 320mm

High setting -  750mm

Ideal for heavy boats such as sea kayaks, surf life-saving spec skis, and even fishing kayaks. These boat stands/trestles will easily take care of light boats as well.
